"When advertising or soliciting airfares or tour/cruise packages including air, the agency, cruiseline or tour operator must state/display the full and final price to be paid by the consumer, including all mandatory fees and charges (i.e. government-imposed taxes and fees)."
We have always focused our website on airfares because we know that our clients would like a rough idea of the cost of their trip. We also like to indicate with our fares when the low, mid and high seasons begin and end to benefit you, our customer. The rule noted above especially affects agencies that specialize in international airfares because it is virtually impossible to advertise or list an exact fare from the United States to a foreign country. The all-inclusive airfare will depend on the carrier (different fuel surcharges per airline), the countries visited (different foreign taxes based on currencies other than US dollars, therefore dependent on the rate of exchange on date of purchase) and different routing through the US (connecting airports have passenger facility charges). Now, these changes in fare may only be a couple of dollars more or less but it still can't be exact.
So after putting our heads together we have decided to give you a few airfares for each country we put on our website, and quote a couple of different seasons. It is important to us that we keep up our business model to keep you well informed. We are intelligent agents, we have the ability to be very innovative with our routes and fares as many of you well know. We are consolidators and also, because or our high volume with international carriers we can offer price breaks to our clients no matter how they travel, coach, coach plus, business or first class. So onward we go, in a slightly different format!

Elizabeth Holmes Travel Inc. (EHTI) was founded in 1991. Since September 1994, Fremont, the self-proclaimed center of the Universe in Seattle, has been our home.
We have enjoyed continuous, steady growth even through the biggest travel industry slumps, largely through word of mouth. Our service goal is “first class service at discount prices” and we work to honor our commitment. We don’t sell travel to places we haven’t visited – well, OK we do, but between us, we’ve been just about everywhere. We all have personal experiences and preferences we are eager to share with you, no matter where you are going. We know our business, and we’re all travelers who love talking about and selling travel.
This website will introduce surfers and our regular clients alike to current information and airfares. We can’t begin to cover every city in the world, but we hope the selection of destinations and fares will demonstrate why you should give us a call. Speaking of calling, you will notice that we are not ‘into’ e-commerce. You have to call.
